Quinoa fruitnut bars 1 c. quinoa flakes 1 c. almonds ¼ c. coconut flakes 100g dried apple 200g dried cranberries 200g dried apricots ½ c. fruit juice ¼ cup  sunflower & pumpkin seeds  Mix & spread quinoa, almonds & coconut on a baking tray. Bake 6-7 min. 200 C til  golden. Cool.  In a processor chop toasted quinoa mix, dried fruits & seeds til finely chopped. Mix in the juice.  Press the mixture into a lined 20 x 25cm dish. Cover with plastic wrap and cool overnight before slicing.
