Penne and Smoked Sausage...I like the idea of mixing a few "french onions" into the casserole. It will give it a bit of crunch I hope. The flvours of smoked sausage and onions sounds too yummy. For those days when you have company in the summer and it's not so hot outside. Win-win!!!
