Prime Rib.-I always make a Prime Rib, for Christmas Day dinner! I make Ina's special sauce to go along, with it! It's 1 cup of mayo,3 Tbsp. of course grain mustard, and 3-4 Tbsp. of horseradish. Mix together, and refrig. You'll enjoy!!!! Adjust recipe to your own liking!!!

The BEST Baked Fish.  I used thick tilapia loins and Panko Crumbs only. My recipe is basically 1/4 c mayo 1 T. dijon mustard 1 T. lemon juice. Stir and smear on fish. Place on parchment and press on a mixture of Panko 2 tsp. dill and seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 450˚ for 15 min. No turning!.
