Pumpkin Ice Cream: 1 cup pumpkin, tsp cinnamon, tsp nutmeg, tsp ginger, tsp cloves, 1 quart French vanilla ice cream (softened). Directions: In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin and pie spice until well blended. Stir in ice cream. Freeze until firm.
