Use the ingredients you already have to make this Tuscan-flavored one-skillet dinner. Just heat oil in skillet & cook sliced chicken for about 4 mins. Add garlic during last 30 seconds of cooking. Remove & set aside. Prepare rice according to package directions using same skillet. Stir in cooked chicken & tomatoes. Sprinkle w/ fresh or dried basil & mozzarella.
