Dolma Mahshi, Iraqi Stuffed Onions. Excellent. I skipped the cilantro. As per other comments, I presoaked the rice in water alone for a few hours, then put it on the stove and brought to a boil to evaporate the water, then added the other filling ingredients. It made more filling than fit in the onions, but was lovely on its own as a rice dish. The yogurt was very nice with it.
