Dinner tonight is sweet potato & tuna fishcakes with salad ❤ Recipe for fishcakes: boil skinless sweet potato with salt, drain and mash it. Then add drained tuna chunks from a tin, sweetcorn, diced onion, salt, spices (I used Shan packet 'Chapli kebab' spice mix), eggs, some cornflour, fresh lemon juice and combine well.
