Another 1 hour workout completed! ✔ My post-workout meal today was quinoa (boiled with water + 1/2 tsp of tumeric), steamed mixed veg + broccoli, cucumbers, bed of baby spinach with tofu cooked with indian spices. ❤ Recipe for Tofu: I used 1/2 tsp of sesame oil to sauté some diced onions and fennel seeds for about 10 minutes. I then added the tofu, 1/2 tsp of cumin, 1/2 tsp of tumeric and let it all cook for a further 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh lemon juice and corriander.
