Dinner was protein zoats as I didn't fancy anything else  For the zoats (zucchini/courgette oats), I placed 1/2 cup of oats in a saucepan along with 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup of grated courgette, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder from Precision Engineered and cooked it on the stove for about 10 minutes.
