Buffalo Chicken Dip! 2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded 1cup of hot sauce (Franks Red Hot) 2 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese 1 15oz bottle of Blue Cheese dressing 1 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened Mix together and cook uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with Tostitos or Celery
Cream of Crab soup 1/4 c butter 1 med onion, coarsely chopped (1 cup) 1/3 c flour 4 c milk or half-and-half 1 T OLD BAY 1/2 t Parsley 1 lb lump crab 3 T sherry (optional) Melt butter in 3-qt saucepan on medium heat. Add onion; cook 5 min or until soft. Add flour, Old Bay and parsley; whisk until well blended. Whisking constantly, gradually add milk. Bring just to boil.Stir in crabmeat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 min, stirring occasionally. Stir in sherry. Heat 1 to 2 min.
Use non-fat yogurt and pineapple in its own juice no sugar added - Sunny Hawaiian Smoothie (1 c. orange juice 1 can of crushed pineapple with juice 2 med. bananas 2 tsp. sugar 1 carton plain, vanilla or coconut yogurt)
Lemon Cake ... 3 scoops of Country Time Lemonade mix in white cake mix. Works perfectly! I also make a glaze with 1 scoop Country Time, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and just enough milk or water to make the sugars dissolve. If you like pink icing, use the pink lemonade!
