Peanut Butter Oat Bites

We use soy nut butter, whole grain rice crispies, half the sugar, and extra chocolate chips instead of the raisins and peanuts. Yummy for snack or breakfast.

PB Oatmeal: ½ C Oats ¾ C H2O ¼ C Applesauce 1 ½ Tb Peanut Butter 1 Tb Jam/Jelly Prepare oatmeal w/water, mix in applesauce, top with PB, then stir.

PB Oatmeal muffins. Good convenience snack/breakfast food for me or Claire. John wasn't a big fan, but didn't hate them, either.
