Matilda, Maple & Garlic Pork Shoulder with Crispy Skin - AMAZING! It's 18 hours but so worth it. Couldn't find skin on so used a pork shoulder with a nice thick fat layer and it worked like magic. I am going to try again when I can get the skin-on.
