Mini Chicken Pot Pies - amazing! I reduced herbs to 1.5 teaspoons. Would recommend using regular size biscuits instead of Grands. Also covered extra biscuits in cinnamon-sugar (1/4 c sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon) and baked separately for dessert. Nom!
