bamboo and mushroom parcels.             not bad.  made this amnt x8 for 20 little packets of heaping 1/4 cup filling each.  but cut soy sauce down to 1/8th the amnt or it would have been swimming.  used a fraction of the chili.  next time try more chili (maybe half what the recipe calls for?) and cut lemongrass in half.  maybe some fish sauce in place of the soy sauce, too?  steamed 20 minutes.
