I froze Greek yogurt in Ice cube trays to make pre-made smoothie for my breakfast for a week. You have to freeze the yogurt at least 2 hours minimum for them to harden enough to pop out the ice cube trays. This one is a handful of spinach, 3-5 strawberries, 1/2 green apple, 1/2 banana, 5-7oz (5-7 cubes) of yogurt. It comes out a bright green which I love.
