cheesy meatloaf muffins.  Kids ate thm and they are easy. Definite keeper. I used shredded mozzarella but I will try cubed next time. When I read the recipe I thought I didn't have cubed but I think I could chunk up string cheese which I always have.

YUMMY!    1 tbsp all natural peanut butter  1-2 tsp stevia (or any sweetener!)  1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips  ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract  1 single serving plain Greek Yogurt  Directions: Mix it all together and enjoy!! To make more like ice cream freeze for at least 30min.
