The sausage and egg: 1 dozen eggs with a 1/2 lb of sausage- Cook sausage, crumble and drain well. Beat eggs, and add sea salt/pepper, and I add red pepper flakes. I also add a little almond milk and water. Grease tin with coconut oil or butter, and put a small amount of sausage in each one. Pour egg mixture over sausage, about 3/4 full and bake 30-35 min at 350. Makes 12.
