Garlicky Shrimp Scampi *Judith's comment: this is the preparation for shrimp I have been using for the past 40 years (grandmother taught me)...as is w/ rice etc...or over Pasta !~ instead of AP Flour I always use Tapioca Flour for thickening, it's the best.
