Casey shared - Ready Player One is one of those books that is just flat out fun to read. And although this dystopian science fiction story takes place in 2044, the main subject matter focuses on 1980's pop culture.  The intricate plot could have easily came across as too contrived but the author, Ernest Cline, did a swell job of keeping the story flowing and feeling spontaneous.   Also, it was recently announced that Steven Spielberg is going to direct the big-screen version!

an abundance of katherines.♡ there was no crying in this one, but there was quite a bit of math. i liked the characters and i think the book was very well written, despite what some of my friends think.
