Korean ground beef. We had this for dinner tonight. It was a good family dinner and easy to make. The only thing we changed was to add about 1/4 cup more soy sauce and to throw in 1/2 of the green onions to cook a little for the last 2-3 minutes. Would be really good served with a fresh fruit salad to brighten it up.!
