grilled pork loin.  This was delicious.  I did put the rub on the night before so it sat in the fridge for almost 24 hours.  It also took a little less time that the recipe said so just check the internal temp every now and again.  It was super moist and flavorful!

Island Pork Tenderloin - fabulous, A++ from family.  Made a sauce in the pan after removing the tenderloin.  Added enough water to make it sauce like and a pat of butter!  Licking the pan after this one.
