Love this! My Zoe has a very prominent fairy saddle, for a red. They're usually darker and more visible in a sable. I have a sable, and the "harness & saddle marks" are the true sign of battle wear for Elves, Fairies, and "thos in the know"... LOL!!! Go, Cosmo... Yvonne ;>D
Griffins are found in Greek mythology and typically have the body, back legs and tail of a lion, the head and wings of an eagle and an eagle’s talons as its front feet. Since the lion is traditionally considered the king of the beasts and the eagle the king of birds, the griffin was thought to be an especially powerful and majestic creature, and is in some cases crowned king of all animals.
I LOVE THIS PART! (: "All around the Romans, Charleston Harbor erupted like a Las Vegas fountain putting on a show. When the wall of seawater subsided, the three Romans were in the bay, spluttering and frantically trying to stay afloat in their armor. Percy stood on the dock, holding Annabeth's dagger. "You dropped this," he said, totally poker-faced.”
