Just picture this image, oversized placed on your lounge room wall. Oh I die, how amazing would it be. Defiantly an art project I have up my sleeve. Haven't touched a paint brush since I started studying aviation, and how I regret it. I miss the creative side I used to be able to express everyday, now I have no time. •❈• Mess-B-Gone There’s no denying it — a bunch of spatulas and big stirring spoons stuck in a canister on your kitchen counter always looks messy. But an experienced cabinetmaker may have some tricks up a sleeve. The makers of these cabinets devised a utensil drawer. They purchased stainless steel crocks ($15) online, and fitted them into circular holes cut into a plywood insert.
1880s cdv- very elegant dress, shirred at the bottom of the bodice, lots of beaded trim along front and sleeves, wearing a chain at her neck with a pendant, brooch at neck and two chains down by the shirring. Very tiny single drop bead earrings.
This cabinet card dates to the first half of the 1880's. The habit looks very much like 1880's day dress (minus the bustle), with the button up bodice and the severe look of 1880's costume. The top hat would have been made out of silk and has a spotted veil tied around the crown to feminize the look. The bodice is cut like a day bodice, but probably with slightly less boning in it and looser sleeves to allow movement when riding.
