Mix 1 cup of cinnamon and 3/4 cup of applesauce. Add 2 tablespoons of Elmers glue and mix well. Sprinkle counter with cinnamon, roll dough out to about 1/4 inch thick. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes, use a coffee straw to make a hole to hang it from. Let sit on a cooling rack for 48 hours. Store in a ziplock bag after the holidays and they will last for years, including the scent.
