I heard my cuz explain running this way... wow. I'd run too if I could unwind. But no. It's writing that helps me. Everyone has their way to find inner peace. Don't let anyone knock yours down... keep standing tall.. or small whatever your heights:) I myself write then nap. It's pretty tiring. I will hike to see the view just not fun for me or doesn't help. Healthy yes but I wish I wasn't lazy or wish I had passion for it. All good :)
