Read this in December and STILL thinking about this awesome book and it's lessons: 1. Everyone is creative. 2. You must work at cultivating your creativity each day, even when you're not feeling inspired. 3. Inspiration has it's own life outside of you, and if you don't act on it, it will move on eventually. #bigmagic #bestbooksof2015 @elizabeth_gilbert_writer
This book, by José Stevens, Ph.D., teaches you how to turn fear patterns into personal power. I had the good fortune to meet José Stevens in person recently and am excited to utilize this information in my own personal journey as well as with my clients.
Having some time to center myself each morning is my personal key to a good day. I keep a basket of books handy so that I can easily pick one up and open to a random page for inspiration, positive thoughts, and ideas. Here are nine of my favorites - click through to read: http://www.beckyboyd.me/2016/06/9-books-morning-inspiration.html
