One of the greatest plays run by Apple inc. is part of the Think Different campaign - 'To the Crazy Ones'. It caused disruption in the market, because it supported the 'misfits', 'rebels'...'crazy ones'.
This rivalry between the two tools is even visible in the twitter accounts of both tools. And it is no surprise that #MailChimp appears to be leading the popularity race, but not by a huge margin.
