Chocolate Paleo Waffle - RECIPE: • 1/2 ripe banana • 2 egg whites or 1 egg • 1/2 tsp vanilla • 2T Cocoa • 3T hemp protein (I use @nutiva) • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1T honey (optional, I don't use it) • Beat and add a splash of almond milk to make a batter consistency then cook for 3 mins in a waffle iron (or as pancakes).
THM S Super Waffles: 4 Eggs, 1c 1% Cottage cheese (process in food processor until curds are gone, then pour into bowl), 1/2c hemp flax Meal, 2t Baking powder, 1/8t salt, sweetener to taste, 2t vanilla extract, 1 1/2 t maple extract, 1/4c Vanilla protein powder.
