A Spoonful of Goodness: Cup Full Of Cheesecake I used 1/4 tsp Gluccomannan instead of Xanthan Gum and 1/4 tsp almond flavoring. Blended the cottage and cream cheese with the almond milk before adding the other ingredients. That seems to work best in my Bosch. It filled my jar one and a half times.
