Easy Homemade Mexican Chorizo

This homemade Mexican chorizo is not only authentic in flavor, it is super simple and quick to make. Simply grab it from the freezer whenever you need it.

Hot Chili Sauce  4 dried Guajillo chillies 1 onion 4 garlic cloves 1  jalepeno ¼ tsp smoked paprika 1 can tomatoes, drained 1 tlb oil 1 tsp honey salt , pepper   Put  chillies in a bowl  with boiling water - soak until soft . Remove  chillies but keep the water. Remove the stems & chop  Add  onion, garlic, chilli, paprika, tomatoes & 1/2 cup  water.  form a  paste.  Add oil to a pan medium heat - when hot,  add  the paste .  bring to  boil, reduce heat,   cover and simmer 15 - 25 mins
