Kentucky Hot Brown Casserole -Layer any variety toast along the bottom of 13x9 glass casserole dish; top w/ turkey, bacon, & tomato slices. Melt 2 T butter over med heat. Whisk in 2 T flour, 1/8 t salt and 1 dash pepper until smooth. Gradually whisk in 1 c milk. Bring to boil. Cook until thickened. Add 1/2 c of Parmesan and 1/2 c of cheddar. Remove from heat, pour over layers. Bake at 350 till bubbly and slightly browned.
