This snack is so creamy and rich that the kids will think it's dessert, and the easy-to-make whip is packed with filling protein and cancer-fighting antioxidants. 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese 1/2 cup frozen berries A few shakes of stevia extract or 3-4 tsp of a stevia blend (like Truvia) Dash of vanilla extract Pinch of sea salt Mix all ingredients together.
