Artwork by Waldemar Strempler. I like this piece because the woman is made up from scraps of different images, it is effective and an interesting composition because of the differences in colour and form of each section.

Crazy Woman - Lara Lisa Bella Art Print

An artist known as 'Lara Lisa' created this piece of art called 'Crazy Woman'. This image is photographed, both of the girl and the image of the street which is replacing her face. This image relates to the 'openings' theme because the street is of an opening - it also links in with 'disguise' as her face is disguised by a street and the edit makes it seem as though she's holding the picture over her face to hide it. Photoshop has been used to create this whole image.

Interior vs. Exterior- what lies beneath against what we see on top, could be interesting with how you view yourself and how others view you

An image of a girl holding up a photo of the face of a Barbie doll. I love this piece as it implies that society and the media portray an image of 'the perfect and beautiful woman' and its all girls ever want to be and such importance is put upon it, however the perfect woman isn't real, it is only plastic or models have been photo-shopped etc.

Prep work for my art exam to represent disguise - What we see in ourselves isn't always what others see when they look at us, we disguise ourselves with makeup and fake smiles to avoid the questions.
