Fruit Infused Water We found out about 'fruit infused water'. Basically it's very simple. You take some fruit (or vegetables), cut it into pieces and put them into water. You let it rest in the fridge for a couple of hours and you're ready to go! This drink has all kinds of benefits (depending on what you put in the water). We found it delicious!
