The largest food-scrap recycling facility in the nation is set to open later this month. The specialty Food Association’s Summer Fancy Food Show has recently been named one of the winners of the Annual Art of Show competition by the International Association of Events and Exhibitions, making this the third industry honor this year. The Summer 2013 Fancy Food Show, which brought in a record 24,100 food industry buyers, won best signage and Decoration in the over 150k net square feet category.
