In your blender combine: 1/4c Organic Olive Oil 2 Anchovy Filets (or anchovy paste) Juice from 1/2 an Organic Lemon 1 Large Garlic Clove 1/2t Organic Dijon Mustard 1/8t Celtic Sea Salt + a few grinds of fresh black pepper Blend everything together until smooth, drizzle over your salad and toss to lightly coat. Will yield about 1/3c of dressing.
