Red Pepper and Baked Egg Galettes is a grown up version of "toad in a hole" using a puff pastry sheet, smeared with a bit of sour cream, topped with roasted red peppers and red onions (oh my!) and a fresh egg plopped on top. Great for a brunch dish
OLD FASHIONED PANCAKES. I didn't know pancakes could taste like this. I will never buy boxed mix again, as this is so easy! Stir together wet dry ingredients. Pour 1/4 cup batter over skillet on medium heat. Flip when bubbly and serve.
