En Pointe and Pregnant: Mary Helen Bowers on the Benefits of Ballet for Moms to Be ~ For my expecting friends.  I also think that prenatal/postnatal exercise could be good for reconditioning the body after extended illness (going to try and see) as a means of building up strength for regular exercise.  I'm going to use it on my Fibro flare days, too, so that I'm still moving, but moving at a less intense pace so as not to over-do.
