Tone-it-up-Creamisicle-Smoothie    Makes 1 Serving    Ingredients    1/4 cup Vanilla Almond Milk  1/4 cup Orange Juice, fresh squeezed  1/2 cup Almond Yogurt (or Greek yogurt)  1 packet of Vanilla Perfect Fit Protein  3 frozen pineapple chunks (We used frozen pineapple from Trader Joe’s!)  1/2 frozen banana (or 3 small frozen slices to add smoothness!)  2 ice cubes for the perfect amount of iciness

Peach & Raspberry Breakfast Bowl!

SERVINGS  1 serving  INGREDIENTS  2 shots espresso 1/4 cup greek yogurt 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (or 1 fresh vanilla bean, seeded) DIRECTIONS  STEP 1: In a bowl, combine greek yogurt and vanilla extract or fresh vanilla bean. If using fresh vanilla, cut in half and scrape the inside seeds into the bowl. Stir until well combined and freeze for 30 minutes. STEP 2: In a small bowl or cup, scoop the frozen greek yogurt in. Top with 2 shots warm espresso.
