Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate Mix 2 1/2 cups white sugar 3 Tbs vanilla 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder 1 cup dry milk powder 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 Tbs coarse sea salt (could use more or less to taste) 200-250g (~7-10 oz) chocolate bars (dark, semi-sweet, milk--or mix it up!)
