I have been volunteering my skills to edible Kansas City magazine for the past couple of issues as a copy editor and contributing author.  This free publication promotes KC's local, sustainable food economy.  We have a supportive readership (10K copies of our quarterly magazine were scooped up in 3 weeks) but are not generating enough revenue to sustain the publication.  Right now, eKC needs a boost.
