Roasted tomato soup with grilled cheese. Me: made the soup only - with one 28 oz fire-roasted, and one 28 oz with basil, because that's what I had. It was good, rich and smoky from the fire-roasted, I think. Would try again with plain tomatoes.
Chicken and Lentil Soup. I add a finely chopped bell pepper, a handful of sliced mushrooms, sub coriander for cumin, and add a few dashes of turmeric and cumin. I also like to use my own homemade vegetable bouillon instead of Better Than Bouillon.
