This is me. After a 25 minute speed workout with weights and intervals. I am drenched. I am shaking. I feel accomplished after putting it off for awhile this morning. I am glad me hubby pushed me and high-fived me along the way. . I love to be challenged in a workout. It pushes me and makes me feel strong.
