Woodcock Farm Cheese Company is a small family farm located in the Green Mountains of Weston, Vermont. Cheesemakers Mark and Gari Fischer make award-winning artisan cheeses from both their own farmstead sheep's milk and local organic cow's milk. Try the award-winning Timberdoodle, a Havarti style cheese that changes with the seasons. In the winter it is made with 100% cows' milk; in summer & fall it is a cows' milk/goats' milk blend. In spring it is made with goats' milk.
