Made this last night (2/8/13) for dinner and it was delicious with chicken breast!! Subbed Hannah Tzatziki Yogurt Dip (from Costco) rather than making my own to further reduce cooking/prepping time. Also used 1tsp regular paprika and 1 tsp smoked paprika. This will definitely become a weeknight staple! Thank you to Williams-Sonoma for FINALLY including recipes in your catalog that don't force me to buy an ingredient!!
I am a fan of puff pastry and I really enjoy stuffing it with all sorts of things and salmon is one of them. I halved this recipe as it is just me and my hubby and believe me, it was plenty, we could only eat one.
