Slow-Roasted Honey Glazed Pork with Asparagus and Potatoes. Notes: Don't cook the asparagus that long, it would be sooo limp! And don't do 500 degrees at the end with all that sugar, it would just burn. And cut down on the soy sauce, for heaven's sake.
Made this recipe 1/20/2016 It's REALLY GOOD. I did change it some... I added celery and one can of stewed tomatoes left out the oregano. It was tasty. Be sure to have some crusty bread to go with it. I froze a portion of this and when I thawed it out and had it the next week it was just as good if not better. YUM KEEPER
