Drape fabrics to either side of the balcony to create a cozy, private space. Build a small raised platform and place outdoor cushions on it to make a small reading chair. Hang mini chinese lanterns or round bulbs for fun, warm lightning.
There are tiny houses for every style, for every mood … but I am a big fan of the rustic log cabin look. Maybe it is because that style of architecture immediately puts me in mind of a cozy retreat in the woods or the mountains somewhere, far from civilization—just you, your loved ones, and the comforts that make up your private world.
The kitchen of the newly renovated Jones home has been completely transformed. A wall was removed to increase the size of the kitchen and to add to the open feel of the home. Some key elements are the stainless steel appliances, farm sink, pantry, and subway inspired tile on the backsplash, as seen on Fixer Upper. (after)
