Food Matters Raw Lemon  Coconut Blissful Balls Recipe!   - 2 tbsp Food Matters Superfood Protein  - 1 cup ground almonds - 4 tbsp coconut oil - 1 lemon (juice  zest)  - 2 cups organic desiccated coconut  - 2 tbsp raw honey   Blend all ingredients (except 1/2 cup desiccated coconut) in the food processor or blender until dough consistency. Roll into small balls and roll in the remaining desiccated coconut to coat. Store in fridge and enjoy when you feel like a healthy treat!
