1930s photo featuring Michigan legend Art Winnie. Art was a barber from Traverse City, MI in the early 1900's. He created "Winnie Michigan Caddies" which morphed into "Joe's Hopper" over the years. He also created the "Victory Fly" which was wore as a lapel pin by Franklin Roosevelt.
