Blue Water Café + Raw Bar: For a chef, being constantly inspired can be a challenge. For Frank, with his expansive European heritage, he heads to the small markets of Vancouver and then simply listens to the seasons. He throws huge, genuine kudos to the team that surrounds him and in particular Yoshia Maruyama of their Raw Bar, and Pastry Chef Jean-Pierre Sanchez.
