Chickpea and Tomato Salad with fresh Basil...made this today, while good found it was a little bland, so pulled out my trusty and often used book The Flavor Bible and found that all of the ingredients used work with chickpeas, but cumin,coriander,red pepper flakes and black olives also work, added 1/4 tsp cumin and 1/4 coriander and a 1/2 cup sliced black olives and Viola !! It came to life..

Quick Summer Fruit Salad - 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding, 1 can pineapple, 1 lb. strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, 3 bananas, sliced. In a bowl combine the pudding mix and canned pineapple with the juice. Stir until well blended and all the pudding mixture has dissolved. Fold in the rest. (I use SF FF pudding and make sure I dip the bananas and apples, I love the crunch, in Diet 7-UP to keep them from getting brown). Yummy on yogurt.

Awesome Pasta Salad- III, Prep Time: 10 minute(s), Cooking Time: 10 minute(s), Serves: 12 Servings, Directions:      1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain, and rinse with cold water.      2. In a large bowl, combine pasta with tomatoes, cheese, salami, pepperoni, green pepper, olives, and pimentos. Pour in salad dressing, and toss to coat.
