Made a version of this. Didn't use almonds and i used what cheese I had (mozzarella/provolone mix). Baked it for 40 min at 400 then tossed it under the broiler to crisp up the bacon. Also, for the mustard sauce, I used the Hickory Farms Hot Sweet Mustard in the rue. This was a 2 thumbs up from the husband and me.
