To Celebrate one if my favorite Vineyards (Sunset Hills Vineyard) 2012 Mosaic release Party tomorrow, I decided on a little Hawaiian Fusion! Nanakuli style Kailua Pork sits atop a fresh herb crusted warm Brie, Served with Candied Pecans and Walnuts in Brown Butter.

What's your favorite salad for summer? I love this random mix in the "Everything but the kitchen sink" salad. This is an awesome warm weather dish perfect for customizing with the kids. Serve the ingredients buffet style and let everyone mix their own!

Great horned owl saw whet owl barn owl and burrowing owls in progress! Painted on free fallen and recycled yew wood that we've gathered sliced and sanded down in New York. It's really my favorite wood that I've worked with thus far. The natural warm tones are just gorgeous which is why I've decided to expose it in the background.
